Marcos Jr.’s Adviser Larry Gadon Wants Duterte Camp Proven Wrong over Claim that President Only Won Because of VP
LARRY GADON – The Presidential Adviser for Poverty Alleviation slammed Vice President Sara Duterte who recently announced that she will run for president in 2028.
Ahead of the 2028 Elections, there have long been speculations on who might take the presidential race in the next polls. Undeniably, the surveys often include the name of Vice Pres. Sara Duterte and several supporters and critics of the administration even believes that she’s the strongest bet now.
Former Pres. Rodrigo Roa Duterte previously claimed that his arrest and the transfer of his custody to the International Criminal Court can lead to the presidency of his daughter. Previously, the Vice President claimed that she already got the blessing of her father to run for the highest position in the government and he’s even excited to campaign for her.
Recently, Vice Pres. Sara Duterte declared that she will run for president in 2028. According to the Vice President, she came to realize that her life is not for hers alone to live. She also apologized to the Filipinos for endorsing Marcos Jr. in 2022.
According to the Vice President, the President is allegedly unfaithful towards his promises during their campaign. She claimed that it was really her decision to leave the Marcos Jr. Cabinet despite the knowledge that it might allegedly lead to her impeachment.
The announcement of Vice Pres. Sara Duterte earned different opinions. Recently, Presidential Adviser for Poverty Alleviation Larry Gadon slammed the Vice President after she announced that she will run for president in 2028.
Based on News5, Larry Gadon advised Vice Pres. Sara Duterte to resign so the impeachment trial against her will not push through and she can run in the 2028 Elections without a baggage. Marcos Jr.’s presidential adviser for poverty alleviation also claimed that he wants her camp proven wrong.
“Gustong gusto ko talaga siyang tumakbo kasi gusto ko siyang mapahiya. Gusto kong mapahiya sila riyan sa sinasabi nilang ang nagpanalo kay BBM ay si Sara,” he claimed.
Based on the post, Larry Gadon believes that Vice Pres. Sara Duterte will allegedly use her declaration to run for president to defend herself. According to him, the Vice President will supposedly claim that she is allegedly being persecuted because she announced her presidential bid for 2028.
Following the announcement of the Vice President, rumors and speculations on who will be her running mate crossed the surface. Recently, Sen. Bam Aquino broke his silence on the rumors that he will be the running mate of Vice Pres. Sara Duterte in the 2028 Elections.
