The Rise At Monterrazas in Cebu continues development, and here are the updated prices for various designs and units.
The Cebu City Council had moved to lift the cease-and-desist order (CDO) on the Monterrazas project that is largely linked to Slater Young. Despite the violations found and their contribution to the massive flooding in Cebu last year, they can still continue with the development.

Recently, it has been confirmed that the construction will continue after the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), through its Environmental Management Bureau (EMB) in Central Visayas, lifted a stoppage order on April 6, 2026.
It is considered one of the factors contributing to the flooding, though not sufficient to stop the hillside development. According to reports, the corporation has complied with regulatory requirements and paid a PHP 400,000 fine on February 16, 2026, as earlier ordered by the EMB for violating ECC conditions.

THREE-BEDROOM VILLA
It has 173.5 square meters of indoor space and 70–334 square meters of outdoor area. The unit costs PHP 75,712,000, with a payment scheme of 10% down payment, 20% payable over 58 months, and the remaining 70% due upon turnover.

LOFT VILLA
The unit has 304 square meters of indoor space and an outdoor area, ranging from 76.5 to 271.75 square meters. The total contract price is PHP 110,544,000, with a payment structure consisting of a 10% down payment, 20% payable in installments over 58 months, and the remaining 70% due upon turnover.

BI-LEVEL POOL
It has 322.5 square meters of indoor space and an expansive outdoor space, spanning from 399 square meters to 398.75 square meters. The unit is priced at PHP 141,976,000, with a payment scheme of 10% down payment, 20% payable over 58 months, and the remaining 70% due upon turnover.

PENTHOUSE LOFT
Its indoor space is at 306.8 square meters with 306.8 square meters. The total contract price for this unit is PHP 133,616,000, with a payment structure of 10% down payment, 20% payable over 58 months, and the remaining 70% due upon turnover.
