Customer Criticizes Lineman Over Alleged Receipt Tampering & Overcharging
A female customer expressed anger online after accusing a lineman of allegedly tampering with a receipt and asking for money that was supposedly intended for electrical repairs.
Recently, Mona Cabida Lacrua shared photos on social media showing what she claimed were altered receipts connected to the incident. The post quickly spread online and gained reactions from many netizens who expressed concern over the alleged wrongdoing.
According to the customer, the lineman allegedly asked for P5,000, explaining that the money would be used to buy wires needed to fix their electrical line. However, the customer later discovered that the receipt she received appeared to have been changed or edited.

The woman claimed that the duplicate copy of the receipt looked different from the original version given to her. Because of this, she began to suspect that the document had been tampered with in an attempt to get money unfairly.
She also shared her frustration online, saying life was already difficult enough and that being deceived made the situation even more painful. Aside from the alleged overcharging, the customer also claimed that the worker asked for additional money supposedly for snacks.
To avoid involving innocent individuals, the woman clarified in her post that she removed the name written on the receipt after discovering that it allegedly belonged to another person and not the actual lineman involved in the issue.

Several netizens criticized the alleged act and reminded service workers to remain honest and professional when dealing with customers. Others also advised the customer to report the matter properly to the concerned authorities or management for investigation.
As of now, there has been no official statement released regarding the viral complaint circulating online.
