MANILA — Philippine law enforcement agents were gathering outside the Senate building, Senate Sergeant-at-Arms Mao Aplasca said on Wednesday, moments after legislator Ronald dela Rosa said his arrest was imminent.
Dela Rosa earlier called on Filipinos to prevent him from being transferred to the International Criminal Court.
