 The Philippine Senate President said on Thursday that the lawmaker wanted by the International Court, Ronald dela Rosa, was no longer in the Senate building where he had been taking refuge.

“The sergeant-at-arms has confirmed that he is no longer in the building,” Alan Peter Cayetano told reporters.
