Tricycle Driver Wanted After Nearly Hitting Traffic Enforcer Assisting Students Crossing Pedestrian Lane
Authorities are now looking for a tricycle driver who allegedly nearly hit a traffic enforcer while passing through Osmeña Avenue in Estancia, Kalibo.
