‘It’s Showtime’ Host Cianne Dominguez Involved in Hit-and-Run in Antipolo City, Rizal
“It’s Showtime” host and singer Cianne Dominguez was involved in a hit-and-run incident in Antipolo City, Rizal.
On Monday afternoon (October 5, 2026), Dominguez shared dashcam footage of the incident on social media. The video showed her driving along a road in Antipolo while two of her young nephews were inside the vehicle.
Everything appeared normal until a motorcycle suddenly crashed into the rear portion of her car. The motorcycle had two people on board. Instead of stopping after the collision, the rider continued driving away from the area, leaving Dominguez and her passengers behind.
Fortunately, Dominguez and her two nephews were not injured. However, the impact caused damage to the rear part of her vehicle.
The noontime show Dominguez appealed to the motorcycle rider and his passenger to contact her privately. She said she could still remember their faces and wanted to give them a chance to address the matter.
The incident has since reached the attention of the Land Transportation Office (LTO). The agency encouraged Dominguez to visit its office and formally file a complaint so authorities can take action against those involved.
LTO chief Markus Lacanilao said the motorcycle could be flagged or placed on an alarm once a formal report is filed. He also explained that the rider could face serious penalties, including possible impounding of the motorcycle and revocation of the driver’s license, depending on the findings of the investigation.
As of this writing, no police blotter had yet been filed with the Antipolo City Police regarding the incident.
Lacanilao reminded motorists to immediately report road accidents, especially hit-and-run cases, to the police in the area where they happened.
Meanwhile, the LTO has already identified the registered owner of the motorcycle involved. Records showed that the owner is from Binangonan, Rizal, which may help authorities trace the people involved.
