A 44-year-old man known online as Champ Moto has defended his relationship with an 18-year-old woman, responding to criticism from social media users over their 26-year age gap. He maintained that his feelings are genuine and that he is serious about their relationship and future together.
The couple, who share photos and videos on their Facebook page, Champ Moto & Nano, and TikTok account NA_NO, recently drew widespread attention online. Some netizens questioned their relationship, with others raising concerns about possible grooming and manipulation because of the significant difference in their ages.
In a statement released on Wednesday evening, October 28, 2026, Champ acknowledged that their age gap has attracted criticism. However, he argued that people only see a small part of their relationship through social media and do not fully understand their circumstances.
He stressed that he has no intention of playing with his young partner’s feelings and said he values their relationship. According to him, they took the matter seriously and sought the approval of the woman’s mother and his own son before making their relationship official.
Champ also clarified that they do not live together. He said the woman continues to live with her mother, and they usually spend time together on weekends or occasionally meet briefly after her classes during weekdays.
The 44-year-old added that his commitment goes beyond their romantic relationship. He said he helps support his partner’s educational needs and sometimes extends assistance to her family, explaining that he wants to contribute positively to her life and future.
