Bernie’s arrest came after a warrant was issued by Hon. Judge Ruben Evangelista Sevillano Jr. of the Regional Trial Court Branch 15 in Naic. The case is connected to violations of Presidential Decree 957, which regulates the sale of subdivision lots and condominiums to protect homebuyers from fraudulent transactions.
