Police Arrests Woman & Alleged Lover After Being Reported by Husband to Authorities
A woman and alleged lover were arrested after her husband reported them to police in Alaminos City, Pangasinan.
The police authorities arrested a woman and her alleged lover after they were reportedly seen entering an inn together and later confronted by the woman’s husband.
The husband allegedly saw his wife leaving a restaurant with another man. Suspicious of their actions, he decided to follow them as they traveled through the city.
According to reports, the husband watched as the two entered an inn. Believing that his wife was being unfaithful, he immediately went to the local police station to seek help and report the situation.
Police officers then accompanied the husband and waited outside the establishment. After about an hour, the woman and the man came out of the inn, where they were met by the husband and the authorities. The encounter quickly led to a confrontation between those involved.
The woman reportedly explained that she and the man only went inside the inn to talk and spend time discussing personal matters. However, the explanation did not stop authorities from taking further action.
Police later arrested both individuals and brought them in for investigation. Authorities also discovered that the man involved was married to another person, adding another layer to the case.
Based on the initial findings, the woman and the man could face possible charges under Article 333 of the Revised Penal Code, which deals with adultery. Under Philippine law, adultery may be filed against a married woman and her alleged partner if there is sufficient evidence to support the complaint.
Meanwhile, authorities continue to handle the matter according to legal procedures as the investigation moves forward, and the parties involved prepare to answer the allegations against them.
