67-Year-Old Man Seeks Help After Fellow Passenger Allegedly Stole His P4,000
A 67-year-old man seeks help after he allegedly lost P4,000 while riding a tricycle with another passenger.
On Tuesday evening (September 29, 2026), the senior citizen tricycle driver identified as Urbano Permano is asking for help after he noticed that his P4,000 was missing after the trip. He suspects that a female passenger who rode the same tricycle may have taken the cash.
According to Urbano, the woman had short hair and was seated with him during the ride. He recalled that his bag was slightly open at the time because he wanted to have easy access to his money for the fare.
The two passengers eventually got off at different locations. The woman reportedly left the tricycle at Pardeco, while Urbano was dropped off near Junction 1.
After realizing that his money was gone, Urbano became concerned because the P4,000 was not simply extra cash that he could easily replace. The money came from his allowance as a senior citizen, and he had planned to use it as starting capital for a small business.
Losing the money has made things difficult for Urbano, who is now appealing to the woman he traveled with to return the cash if she indeed took it.
