Female Netizen Entertains Netizens After Pranking Scammer Pretending to Represent Shipping Agency
A female netizen has entertained the internet users after sharing how she played along with a scammer who allegedly tried to take advantage of her by asking for money.
Rose German Marine, a Facebook user, posted a video showing her interaction with someone who reportedly pretended to be connected with German Marine Agencies Inc. The video quickly spread online, drawing laughter and reactions from social media users.
Along with the video, Rose shared a warning for seafarer applicants about a phone number allegedly being used by the scammer. According to her, the person contacts applicants and asks them to send money for supposed biometric appointments and visa processing.

She explained that several reports about the same scheme had reached them in recent weeks. The scammer allegedly introduces herself as someone connected with their agency to make the offer appear legitimate and convince applicants to send money.
Rose also reminded aspiring seafarers and their families to be careful when receiving calls or messages from people asking for payment in exchange for application requirements
The woman stressed that applicants and crew members of German Marine Agencies Inc. are not required to pay any fees when applying or completing the agency’s recruitment process.

Meanwhile, many internet users found Rose’s way of dealing with the alleged scammer entertaining.
Rose clarified that she was simply having fun with the person who tried to scam her, but she also wanted the video to serve as a warning to others. She encouraged people to share the post so it could reach more potential victims and possibly alert the person behind the scheme.
