Call Center Agent Complains of Being Robbed After Intoxicated Encounter
A call center agent complained after the man he met at a bar swapped his iPhone with a cheaper Vivo phone.
A 24-year-old call center agent found herself in distress after a night of heavy drinking led to an unexpected incident. The anonymous LGBTQ member, had her iPhone replaced with a cheaper Vivo phone after an intimate encounter with a man he met while intoxicated at a local bar.
The incident happened in an inn on Sikatuna Street, where the pair had been drinking heavily from 11:00 p.m. until the early hours of the morning. When the victim woke up at around 4:00 AM, he discovered that the man he had been with was gone, along with his iPhone.
In its place, he left behind a Vivo phone, which he found to be of lower value compared to his device.
According to the victim, he had met the man at a convenience store earlier that evening, where they both decided to indulge in drinks before agreeing to engage in an intimate activity. After consuming two bottles of the popular Chinese wine, they retired to the inn for the night.
Upon waking up and realizing what had happened, the distressed call center worker immediately reported the incident to the Parian police station, seeking assistance in resolving the situation.
She expressed her intention to take the Civil Engineering licensure board examination scheduled for the following day, despite the ordeal she had just experienced.
The incident serves as a warning about the dangers of excessive alcohol consumption and the vulnerability it can expose individuals to. It also points out the importance of being cautious when engaging in intimate encounters with strangers.
