Customers Express Frustration After Fast-Food Order Was Allegedly Forgotten 

Three customers were reportedly disappointed after a popular fast-food chain allegedly failed to process their order. 

Recently, the Facebook page Goldwin Reviews shared the experience of the three customers at a well-known fast-food restaurant. The post quickly went viral and received various reactions from the online community. 

According to the post, the group visited a branch of Jollibee in Makati after attending a nearby event. They placed their order and paid at the counter before heading to the second floor, as the first floor was already full. They planned to return once their food was ready.

While waiting upstairs, they spent time talking and editing videos. After a few minutes, one of them went downstairs to check on their order, but it was still not ready. They returned upstairs and waited again. 

The cycle continued several times, with the group going back and forth, only to be told that their order was still unavailable. 

As time passed, their patience began to wear thin. They had already asked the staff multiple times to follow up on their order, but there was still no clear update. It was only after nearly an hour of waiting that they decided to ask for a refund since they were about to leave.

At that point, the staff checked their system and reviewed the situation more closely. After some time, the food was finally served. However, the group felt disappointed as there was no proper apology at first, and the explanation only came after they raised their concerns. 

The manager later explained that the order had not been prepared, which caused a long delay. The situation became more frustrating when the compensation given did not seem enough for the inconvenience. 

The customers chose to leave, carrying with them a negative experience about service quality and customer care.
