U.S. Pres. Donald Trump Speaks on Ongoing Tension w/ Iran
DONALD TRUMP – The United States President claimed that they are allegedly talking with Iran but it is supposedly not ready for the deal to end war.
The war between the United States and Israel with Iran is entering its third week now. It started after the U.S. and Israel launched joint airstrikes against Iran which led to the death of its Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. The Iranian government vowed to avenge his death.
The ongoing war in the Middle East affected several other countries including the Philippines. Countless Filipinos are currently struggling with the high costs of fuel. The Philippine government is already making moves to help its people.
U.S. Pres. Donald Trump previously claimed that stopping Iran from allegedly destroying the world is more important than the oil prices. He previously claimed that the high oil costs is supposedly “short-term” and the war will be ended soon.
However, the claim of the American leader was followed by an Iranian official saying that negotiations with U.S. is no longer in their agenda. The Iranian government is determined to kill Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
Recently, amid the Middle East war affecting several other nations across the globe, U.S. Pres. Donald Trump claimed that Iran is allegedly “not ready” for a deal to end the ongoing war. The U.S. President has emphasized that any agreement would require stronger terms, including what he described as “unconditional surrender” from Tehran.
“We’re talking to Iran, but it’s not ready for a deal to end the war,” the U.S. President said based on a report of ABS-CBN News.
U.S. Pres. Donald Trump claimed that the terms offered are allegedly insufficient but he did not specify what adjustments are needed for the negotiations to push through. Previously, the American leader claimed that the U.S. government will alleged not agree to any settlement unless Iran agreed to an unconditional surrender. According to him, only after such a surrender would the US and its partners work to rebuild Iran’s economy and stabilize the region.
