U.S. Pres. Donald Trump Issues New Warning Against Iran amid Ongoing Middle East War
DONALD TRUMP – The United States President warned Iran anew to open the Strait of Hormuz or they will blow up its powerplants and bridges.
Tehran closed the Strait of Hormuz towards the vessels linked to their enemies following the joint airstrikes of the United States and Israel against Iran. The said attack led to the deaths of several Iranians including their Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
The Strait of Hormuz is a vital passageway for global oil shipments. The war in the Middle East has affected several other countries across the globe. The Philippines is one of those that is now experiencing soaring pump prices due to the war in the Middle East.
U.S. Pres. Donald Trump claimed that he ordered the attack against Iran to stop it from allegedly destroying the world through the acquisition of nuclear power. According to him, as a national leader, it is more important to him that the high costs of oil prices in the country.
Trump also warned Iran not to disrupt the global oil flow. According to him, the Iranians should expect a much harder attack if it happens. However, such warning did not scare off the Iranians who said that they will make U.S. regret their alleged “grave miscalculation”.
U.S. Pres. Donald Trump previously gave Iran a 48-hour ultimatum to open the Strait of Hormuz — which he has called as the “Strait of Trump”. According to him, he will blow up the energy facilities of Iran if it does not happen.
However, on its part, Iran threatened to close the Strait fully. Its statement was followed by Trump claiming that he will postpone the attack due to alleged “very good and productive talks” with the officials of Iran — which the Iranians denied.
Iran has continuously expressed no interest in negotiating with the United States. According to an Iranian official, there were allegedly talking with the Americans when they were attacked by U.S. and Israel.
Recently, through a post on social media, U.S. Pres. Donald Trump issued another warning against Ira. The American President warned Iran that Tuesday will be “Power Plant Day and Bridge Day”.
“Tuesday will be Power Plant Day and Bridge Day, all wrapped up in one, in Iran. There will be nothing like it!!! Open the… Strait, you crazy bastards, or you’ll be living in Hell – JUST WATCH! Praise be to Allah.,” he wrote in a post.
Iran has yet to respond to the latest threat issued by Trump. Previously, Trump also warned to attack the oil island of Iran.
