Ice Cream Vendor Gets Into Accident After Motorcycle Passenger Pushes Him
An ice cream vendor fell onto the road after a motorcycle passenger allegedly pushed him on Camarines Sur Highway.
On Saturday, October 10, 2026, a 50-year-old ice cream vendor fell onto the road after a motorcycle passenger allegedly pushed him while their vehicle was overtaking him along Fuentebella Highway in Barangay Catagbacan, Goa, Camarines Sur.
Based on the police investigation, the victim was traveling toward the town of Tigaon at around 4 p.m. when a motorcycle overtook him on the right side. Its passenger allegedly pushed the vendor, causing him to lose his balance and fall onto the road.

A passing motorist recorded the incident posted it on social media. The video later became the subject of public discussion online. However, the person who originally uploaded the footage deleted it after being contacted by the suspect, who reportedly promised to apologize to the victim and settle the matter on Sunday, October 11.
Goa Municipal Police Station acting chief Police Captain Jeson Max Barcenas said the uploader had already provided police with a copy of the video. Authorities will use the footage as evidence in their investigation.
“‘Yung angkas…parang babae pero ongoing pa ang pag-alam natin — inaalam natin kung talagang babae siya… sa video lang tayo nagbabase,” Barcenas said.
Fortunately, the victim is now in good condition. Police officers also helped bring him to an infirmary, where he received treatment for wounds on his hand.
Investigators also learned that the victim and the two motorcycle riders did not know each other before the incident. There was reportedly no previous disagreement or personal conflict between them.
Meanwhile, police are studying the possible charges against both the motorcycle driver and the passenger. The decision to pursue a formal complaint will depend on whether the victim chooses to proceed with the case.
Authorities will also submit the video evidence to the Land Transportation Office (LTO) for possible action concerning the motorcycle driver’s license.
