This is what President Bongbong Marcos asked China.
PH President Bongbong Marcos called on China to give the Philippines an early notice when launching rocket tests.
During an interview with the media, President Bongbong Marcos expressed no alarm with the recent Chinese rocket debris landing in Philippine waters. He, however, called on China to give an early heads-up to the country before launching rocket tests.

“I remember during my trip to Beijing early on, I told President Xi, ‘We have no interest in your rockets. Just tell us where they will land, we will collect them and return them to you.’ That continues to be my offer to China,” the president told the media.
He stressed that the country is not interested in keeping its rockets. He said that the country is even willing to retrieve the debris and return it to them.
What Marcos stressed is that we would be made aware of the rocket’s trajectory. To recall, on August 4, pieces of a Chinese rocket fell into Philippine waters after a test launch. The Department of Foreign Affairs voiced its concern regarding the incident. Earlier this week, the Philippine government sent out several assets to recover rocket debris at sea that could possibly pose a danger to civilians.
While this is not the first time that rocket debris landed in the country, no law was violated. The only good thing about it is that there have been no casualties.
He added, “There have been no casualties… The good side to all of this, wala nama casualty. Wala naman tinamaan. Hindi naman nagka-problema.”
The Philippine Space Agency and the Philippine Coast Guard earlier urged the public to “remain vigilant,” warning that debris from China’s Long March 12 rocket, launched from the Hainan International Commercial Launch Center, could fall in certain parts of the country.
