Principal Under Fire Over Alleged Vulgar Remarks Against Jesus Falcis and Chel Diokno
A school principal is facing criticism after allegedly making offensive remarks about lawyer Jesus Falcis and Akbayan Representative Chel Diokno on social media.
Content creator Lovely Granada shared the alleged remarks online and criticized the principal, identified as Bulalon. She questioned his conduct and called on the Department of Education (DepEd) to take action against educators who may set a bad example for students.
The controversy began after screenshots of Bulalon’s alleged comments circulated on social media. Some of his remarks about Falcis were reportedly sexual and vulgar. He also allegedly expressed a desire to harm Diokno’s teeth, apparently in connection with Diokno’s political ambitions.

The comments drew strong reactions from netizens, with many questioning whether someone holding a school leadership position should make such statements publicly. Granada also urged DepEd to review its ranks and ensure that teachers and school officials maintain proper conduct, especially because they have direct influence on young people.
Falcis later responded to the issue and said the alleged remarks may have violated the Safe Spaces Act. He also announced that he planned to file an administrative complaint against Bulalon before DepEd.

The complaint could lead to administrative proceedings. If Bulalon is found guilty of the alleged misconduct, he could face disciplinary action, which may include removal from his position and possible consequences involving his teaching license, depending on the findings.
Bulalon has not yet publicly responded to the allegations or the criticism surrounding the issue. His social media account was also reportedly deactivated.
The controversy has raised questions about professionalism and accountability among educators. School officials are expected to act responsibly because their behavior can influence students and the wider community.
For now, the allegations remain subject to proper investigation and due process. Any final action against Bulalon will depend on the outcome of the administrative proceedings and the evidence presented by the parties involved.
