SARA DUTERTE – Vice President Sara Duterte delivered a heartfelt Labor Day message recognizing the vital role of Filipino workers in the nation’s growth.

On Labor Day, May 1, Vice President Sara Duterte paid tribute to Filipino workers, recognizing their vital role in sustaining the nation’s growth and resilience amid ongoing economic challenges.

In her official message, Duterte expressed deep appreciation for the dedication and sacrifices of workers across various sectors. “Mula sa Tanggapan ng Pangalawang Pangulo, taos-pusong pagpupugay sa bawat manggagawang Pilipino–kayo ang haligi ng ating pag-unlad at pag-asa ng bayan,” Duterte said in her message. Her statement underscored the importance of laborers as the backbone of national development and a source of hope for the country’s future.

The Vice President further emphasized that the country continues to move forward because of the perseverance and hard work demonstrated daily by Filipino workers. She highlighted how their unwavering commitment helps the Philippines withstand economic pressures and challenges. “Sa inyong sipag, tiyaga, at dedikasyon, patuloy na umuusad ang ating bansa sa kabila ng mga hamong hinaharap.
