SEOUL — South Korea President Lee Jae Myung and Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos agreed to deepen cooperation in defense, shipbuilding, and infrastructure at their bilateral talks on the sidelines of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation summit, the Korean presidential office said on Friday.
