DSWD UPLIFT Cash Aid November 2026 Payout — Who Gets ₱4,000 or ₱8,000 and When

UPLIFT CASH AID NOVEMBER 2026 – Qualified beneficiaries of the government’s UPLIFT program will receive two months’ worth of cash assistance this November, covering their aid for September and October.

The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) said the payout schedule depends on the beneficiary’s group and how they receive the money, Manila Bulletin reported. Manual payouts for those without digital accounts run from November 2 to 30, so the release window is now open.

UPLIFT, or the Unified Package for Livelihoods, Industry, Food, and Transport, is the cash aid program meant to help poor and low-income Filipinos cope with soaring fuel prices linked to the tensions between the United States and Iran. According to ABS-CBN News, the program covers 7.5 million beneficiaries.

UPLIFT Payout Schedule for November 2026

Here is how the November release works for each group, based on announcements by the DSWD and the Social Security System (SSS):

  • Group 2 with GCash, other e-wallets or bank accounts – ₱4,000 credited on November 6
  • Group 2 without e-wallets or bank accounts – ₱4,000 through manual payouts from November 2 to 30
  • Group 3 (SSS members) with a monthly salary credit (MSC) of ₱20,000 – ₱4,000 for the third and fourth tranches on November 6
  • Group 3 (SSS members) with an MSC not exceeding ₱10,000 – up to ₱8,000, released beginning October 30

Group 2 beneficiaries are those identified through the Philippine Statistics Authority’s (PSA) Community-Based Monitoring System (CBMS). DSWD spokesperson Assistant Secretary Irene Dumlao pointed out that those receiving the aid digitally no longer need to go to a payout venue since the money goes straight to their e-wallets or bank accounts.

Group 2 beneficiaries who will claim the aid manually should wait for the notice from their local government unit and monitor DSWD’s official Facebook pages for the exact payout dates and venues.

SSS Members With ₱10,000 MSC or Below

The DSWD, in coordination with the SSS, expanded UPLIFT to also cover members whose MSC does not exceed ₱10,000. Previously, only members with an MSC of up to ₱20,000 were covered.

According to the SSS, the aid is made up of four tranches of ₱2,000 each, credited directly to the member’s registered SSS disbursement account:

  • Members who have not received any UPLIFT aid yet will get the full ₱8,000 covering all four tranches.
  • Members who already received the first two tranches (₱4,000) will get another ₱4,000 for the third and fourth tranches.

Who Qualifies Under Group 3?

The SSS stressed that having an MSC of ₱10,000 or below does not automatically make a member eligible. To qualify, a member must:

  • Have paid at least one SSS contribution in 2025 or 2026
  • Be included in the PSA’s 2024 CBMS database
  • Have enrolled a disbursement account through the SSS Disbursement Account Enrollment Module (DAEM) within the prescribed period

Members are advised to check their My.SSS accounts for updates on their UPLIFT assistance.
