Family Expresses Frustration Over Incomplete Lechon Order
A family from Bacolod City raised a complaint after receiving a lechon pig they claimed was not complete when it arrived.
Recently, the Facebook page K5 News FM 96.9 Sipalay shared a video of an incomplete roasted pig in Sipalay City. The post went viral on social media and garnered various reactions from the online community.
According to the family, they ordered a whole lechon from a lechonan in Sipalay City for a special gathering. The roasted pig cost around P10,500, and they expected it to be fully prepared and complete.

However, upon receiving the order, they noticed that parts of the meat, especially the belly, seemed to be missing. It led them to believe that the lechon may have been reduced or tampered with before delivery.
Feeling disappointed, the family shared their concern and sought help to address the situation. They also mentioned that they had planned to place more orders in the future, but due to the incident, they decided not to continue with it.
The owner of the lechonan, on the other hand, explained their side and firmly denied the accusation. According to them, this was the first time they received such a complaint despite handling many orders in the past.
The businessman insisted that the lechon was delivered complete and intact, just as it was prepared.
Even with their explanation, the owner expressed willingness to offer a partial refund as a way to settle the issue. They said they were open to returning half of the payment to the family, hoping to ease the situation while maintaining that no wrongdoing was done.
As of now, both sides continue to stand by their claims. The family believes they did not get the full value of what they paid for, while the business owner remains confident in the quality of their service.
