According to the viral post, the woman is from the town of Hinigaran in Negros Occidental. She expressed disbelief after seeing the huge amount stated on the bill from the Negros Occidental Electric Cooperative, also known as NOCECO.
The woman jokingly wondered if their home had suddenly turned into a factory because of the extremely high electricity charge. She also said the shocking bill nearly gave them a heart attack because they could not believe how their electricity costs could reach such a massive amount.
