Rosmar Tan Hits Back at Critics, Says She Will Take Legal Action When Necessary
ROSMAR TAN – The social media personality and businesswoman has pushed back against her critics, claiming that she has had several people arrested and taken to court since 2017.
In a Facebook post on Friday, October 30, 2026, Rosmar revealed that one person she previously filed a case against had spent nearly 10 months in jail. She said she eventually allowed the person to be released after learning that his wife had given birth. She also mentioned two other individuals who had allegedly been hiding for years and were still being sought in connection with a case against them.
Rosmar shared a copy of a court document showing that she had won an estafa case against two unnamed individuals. Based on the document, the two defendants face more than six years in prison. They were also ordered to pay ₱5 million in compensation, along with ₱75,000 in moral damages and another ₱75,000 for attorney’s fees.

The businesswoman made it clear that she has no plans to stop pursuing legal action against people who mistreat or harass her and her children. She explained that she is willing to spend money and go through legal proceedings whenever necessary to protect her family. According to her, she and her partner work hard to provide for their children and ensure their safety.

Rosmar also shared that the legal battle against the two individuals took considerable time and patience, lasting approximately three to five years before the court ruled in her favor. She said she remained committed to the case, regularly attended court proceedings, and refused to give up until they secured a favorable decision.
Her statements came amid criticism from social media users who questioned her frequent use of legal action against those who offend her. However, Rosmar stood by her decision, emphasizing that protecting herself and her children remains her priority.
