Photos of Typhoon Tino’s Aftermath in Negros Go Viral
Typhoon Tino’s tragic impact in La Carlota and other cities in Negros where it caused flooding and strong winds were captured in photos.
Severe tropical storm Tino brought devastating damages in Cebu and in several areas in the province of Negros. Cebu was battered by the heavy rains that caused the dams to overflow as well as the strong winds that brought several homes into pieces.
The impact of #TinoPH caused intense flooding and damages in countless structures that led to power outages. Currently, power outages is still experienced in Visayas and Mindanao even after severe tropical storm Tino passed.
After it devastated Cebu, Typhoon Tino crossed the province of Negros where it brought heavy rains that also triggered flooding in the cities and municipalities in the Southern part of the province. Several northern cities also experienced strong winds that ripped off some roofs and brought several gigantic trees down.

Countless people were left stranded as they were traveling when the heavy rains triggered the flooding. Currently, there are still several areas where electric supply is yet to be back and clearing operations are happening left and right.
In Bacolod City which is considered the capital of the Negros Occidental province, strong winds ripped off roofs in Lumina Homes amid the wrath of Typhoon Tino. Classes remained suspended in Bacolod and in the province for the safety of the students as clearing operations are taking place.
In Cebu, amid the massive flooding that left countless vehicles colliding and piling up in some corners, Crocolandia, a wildlife park, was affected by the wrath of Tino and the impact on some perimeter walls of the zoo raised concerns of possible animal escape. The wildlife park is a home to several crocodiles and other potentially-dangerous wildlife animals.
