Tropical Depression Tapah was last spotted 1,250 kilometers west northwest of extreme Northern Luzon with maximum sustained winds of 55 kilometers per hour and gustiness of up to 90 kph.

PAGASA

It will also bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms over Metro Manila, Mindanao, the rest of Visayas, the rest of CALABARZON, and the rest of MIMAROPA.

The localized thunderstorms will bring similar weather conditions over the rest of Luzon.

The weather agency warned the public for possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains and severe thunderstorms.

The coastal water conditions over Southern Luzon, the rest of Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao will be slight to moderate, according to PAGASA.

No cyclones or low-pressure areas are monitored inside or outside the PAR.
