Netizens criticized a customer after they let their pet dog use a highchair meant for babies at a fast-food restaurant.
Recently, @zaralovess7, a Threads user, shared a photo showing a customer allowing their dog to sit on a highchair meant for babies. The post quickly went viral and received various reactions online.
According to the post, the incident took place on Monday afternoon (September 7, 2026), at a fast-food restaurant inside a mall. The concerned netizen questioned why the customer was allowed to let the dog use the high chair, especially since restaurant staff were reportedly nearby and interacting with the pet owners at their table.
The uploader also pointed out that while some pet owners treat their dogs like members of the family, they should still recognize the difference between pets and children and follow proper rules in public establishments.
