Former Seafarer w/ Cancer Seeks Help After Reportedly Being Denied Hospital Admission
A former seafarer with an illness broke down in tears out of frustration after she was allegedly denied hospital admission.
Recently, Kempot Adaro, a Facebook user, appealed for help after claiming that the hospital refused to admit her. The post quickly went viral and drew mixed reactions from the online community.
Adaro is suffering from nasopharyngeal carcinoma, a type of cancer that affects the area behind the nose and above the throat. She said her condition had become so difficult that she could no longer eat properly, prompting her to seek hospital admission for medical care.

However, Adaro claimed that the hospital’s admitting section did not allow her to stay because staff were concerned that he might be unable to pay the bill if his expenses went beyond P150,000. Her plea has sparked concern among people who came across his post.
The former seafarer is also facing her illness largely on her own. Kempot is now living alone after her husband left her, while their child is under the care of her estranged partner.
Adaro appealed to kind-hearted individuals for financial support to help cover her medical expenses and continue her treatment. Those who wish to help can send financial assistance through Kharen Canasares at 0992-222-03624.
In a recent update, Adaro has been admitted to the Philippine General Hospital (PGH), where she can receive medical attention.
Although her admission marks an important step in his fight against cancer, financial support remains valuable as he continues to face the costs and challenges of treatment.

The video has a caption:
“AYAW PO AKO I ADMIT NG UERM KASE WALA DAW AKO PAMBAYAD KHT EMERGENCY NA PLEASE GUYS HELP ME REPORT UNG MGA ADMITING DITO“
