Manila Police Officer & Female Police Trainee to Face Charges After Checking into Motel
A Manila police officer and a female police trainee were arrested after they were found checking into a motel in Novaliches, Quezon City.
On Friday morning (October 23, 2026), a cop and a married police trainee were caught at a motel. Both are facing a complaint for adultery following a report filed by the trainee’s husband.
According to the report, the male suspect holds the rank of patrolman and is assigned to the Manila Police District. The female suspect is a police trainee who has been married for about a year to another Manila police officer.
The trainee’s husband discovered that his wife and her fellow police officer were staying at Starcia Apartelle in Quezon City.
The husband then went to Quezon City Police District Station 4 to report the incident. He was accompanied by personnel from the Violence Against Women and Children Desk of Barangay Bagbag as they sought police assistance.
At around 10 a.m., responding officers went to the motel to check the report. The receptionist confirmed that the two suspects were inside the establishment.
While the officers were waiting in the lobby, they saw the female trainee leave Room 15 and enter an unoccupied Room 30. The officers followed her and arrested her inside the room.
Meanwhile, the male police officer reportedly tried to avoid arrest by hiding in the motel’s stockroom. However, the responding officers quickly located him and took him into custody.
The two suspects were brought under police custody as authorities proceeded with the complaint against them.
