Recently, Elvie Labrador Ramos, a Facebook user, shared a video showing the street in Tondo, Manila looking like a swimming pool because of the broken pipeline. The post quickly went viral and gained reactions online.
The incident happened at the corner of Sta. Maria and Coral Street, where a pipeline from Maynilad reportedly broke. As water continued to gush out, the street slowly transformed into something that looked like a swimming area.

The rising water level caught the attention of people nearby, some of whom recorded videos that later spread online.
